Privacy Policy
Last Updated — October 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to all websites, applications, and services operated by S Groups LLC, including but not limited to sgroups.com and my.sgroups.com (collectively, the “Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you access or use the Platform.
By accessing or using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect information that identifies you personally or relates to you, including but not limited to:
- Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, mailing address, date of birth, billing information, and other information you provide when registering for an account, purchasing services, or communicating with us.
- Account Information: Username, password, profile information, preferences, and other information associated with your member account.
- Payment Information: Payment details necessary to process transactions. Payment information is processed by third-party payment processors; we do not store full credit card numbers.
- Communications: Messages sent through private messaging features, contact forms, email communications, and customer support interactions.
- Scheduling and Booking Information: Information related to consultations, appointments, and service bookings.
- Usage and Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, pages visited, timestamps, and other usage data.
- Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies and similar technologies to manage authentication sessions and remember your preferences. On our public marketing website only, and only if you allow it, we also use Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure traffic and advertising performance. See Section 7.
2. How We Use Information
We may use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve the Platform; create and manage user accounts; process payments and transactions; facilitate bookings, consultations, and private messaging; communicate with you regarding services, updates, and support; personalize user experiences; ensure security and prevent fraud; comply with legal obligations; and protect the rights, property, or safety of S Groups, users, or others.
3. Sharing and Disclosure of Information
We may share information in the following circumstances:
- With service providers and vendors that perform services on our behalf, including payment processing, scheduling, video sessions, messaging, and email delivery.
- With Google LLC, for website analytics and advertising measurement, and only where you have consented. This is limited to our public marketing website and to confirmation that a booking or purchase occurred. It never includes clinical information. See Section 7.
- With service providers when applicable and permitted by law, under written agreements that require them to protect your information.
- To comply with legal obligations, court orders, subpoenas, or lawful requests by public authorities.
- To protect and defend our legal rights, enforce our agreements, or prevent fraud or abuse.
- In connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
4. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
6. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, update, or delete your personal information. You may also have rights under applicable privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Requests can be submitted by contacting us.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. We do not sell your personal information for money. If you allow advertising cookies, the advertising identifiers described in Section 7 may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can withdraw that consent at any time through Your Privacy Choices.
7. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
We separate the tools that make the Platform work from the tools that measure how people find us. The analytics and advertising tools below are provided by Google LLC, which processes that data as described in Google’s Business Data Responsibility terms.
- Strictly necessary. Cookies that keep you signed in, keep your session secure, and remember your privacy choice. These are always active.
- Analytics. Google Analytics (GA4), used on our public marketing website to understand which pages people visit and how they arrive.
- Advertising. Google Ads conversion measurement, used to understand which advertisements lead to a booking or purchase.
- Advertising identifiers. If you reach our marketing website by clicking a Google advertisement, that link carries a Google Click Identifier (“gclid”). Where you have allowed advertising cookies, we store it and attach it to a resulting booking or purchase so we can tell which advertisement led to it. This is the identifier referred to in Section 6.
Nothing loads before you choose. Analytics and advertising tools are not loaded, and send nothing to Google, until you affirmatively allow them. If you decline — or have simply not chosen yet — no analytics or advertising request is made from your browser at all. Declining is one click and leaves the Platform fully functional.
Clinical information is never used for analytics or advertising. No analytics or advertising script runs anywhere on my.sgroups.com, including every signed-in page. We do not disclose assessments, intake responses, session notes, progress records, message content, or any clinical information to analytics or advertising providers, and we never use that information to target advertising. Where you have allowed advertising cookies, our systems separately report to Google that a booking or purchase occurred, along with the service name and the amount — which may indicate that you are a customer of our services — but never any clinical detail. We do not send your name, email address, or phone number to advertising providers.
Changing your mind. You can review or change these choices at any time through Your Privacy Choices, linked from the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics and advertising collection.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our participants include children and teens, some under 13. We handle their information through their parent or legal guardian, not by excluding them.
- Children under 13 take part only through a parent or guardian. A parent or legal guardian enrolls the child and manages the child’s participation from their own account. A child under 13 cannot hold a platform account of their own.
- Parents and guardians provide children’s information. Information about a child, including intake information, is collected from the parent or guardian through our caregiver intake forms, not from the child.
- Parental consent. Before a child participates, the parent or guardian signs the caregiver version of our Consent to Participate. It records that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian and that you consent to the child’s participation and to our use of their information to provide the services.
- Teens 13 to 17. A teen may have their own account, but it stays limited until a parent or guardian joins through our guardian invitation and consents. Until then the teen cannot enroll, book, pay or send messages (other than to support), or submit forms other than those needed to obtain consent.
- We collect only what we need. We collect only the information reasonably needed to provide our services. We do not send children’s information to advertising providers.
- Parents’ rights. A parent or legal guardian may review the personal information we hold about their child, ask us to correct or delete it, and refuse further collection or use. Email support@sgroups.com. We will confirm that you are the child’s parent or guardian before acting.
If you believe a child’s information was given to us without a parent’s or guardian’s consent, email support@sgroups.com and we will delete it.
9. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries. By using the Platform, you consent to such transfers.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted with a revised effective date.
11. Contact Information
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or our data practices, contact us at support@sgroups.com.
