Peer groups offer a comprehensive, evidence-based social skills training program that helps you manage social anxiety, gain confidence, and build meaningful relationships.
Adopted from the PEERS© model, a unique feature of this social skills training program is the inclusion of parents and caregivers. While clients attend their peer groups or private coaching sessions, caregivers can join their own groups or private coaching sessions to learn how to support their loved one’s development. Involving caregivers helps skills generalize across settings and ensures lasting improvement.
