Accessibility Statement
Last Updated — September 4, 2026
S Groups wants everyone who comes to us for social skills coaching to be able to use our website and take part fully in our programs. This page explains the standard we work to, what we have not finished yet, and how to reach a person who can help.
Our commitment
We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, across sgroups.com and our member platform at my.sgroups.com. Our sites are partially conformant with that standard: most content meets it, with the exceptions listed below. New pages are built to it, and we continue to bring older screens up to it.
What is in place
- Pages can be navigated by keyboard and screen reader, with skip links, landmark regions, and descriptive headings and page titles.
- Text and interface colors meet WCAG AA contrast requirements.
- We honor your device’s “reduce motion” setting and turn animation off when it is on.
- Forms use labels tied to their fields, and errors are announced and described in plain language.
- Our public videos are captioned.
Known limitations
- Some older screens in the signed-in member area do not yet meet the standard everywhere. We are updating them, starting with booking, billing, and joining a session.
- Parts of checkout, scheduling, and video meetings are provided by outside vendors. If one of those blocks you, we will complete the step with you by phone or email.
- Not every downloadable document is formatted for screen readers. We will provide an accessible version of any document on request.
Request an accommodation or report a barrier
Email support@sgroups.com and a person will read it. Putting “accessibility” in the subject line helps us route it quickly, but you do not need any particular wording, a diagnosis, or documentation. Tell us what you were trying to do and what got in the way.
We reply within 3 business days. That reply will either solve the problem or tell you what we are doing about it and roughly when. If a fix will take a while, we will offer you another way to get what you needed in the meantime. You can also tell your coach or the person handling your intake, and it reaches the same place.
Accommodations for sessions
If you need an aid or service to take part fully in a group, coaching session, consultation, or intake, ask and we will arrange it. That includes:
- Live captions during group and coaching sessions
- A sign language interpreter
- Materials in large print or in an accessible digital format
- Session agendas or handouts sent ahead of time
- Adjustments to how a session is run
Accommodations are provided at no cost to you and never affect your fees. Please give us as much notice as you reasonably can, especially for an interpreter, but ask even if the notice is short.
How we test
We check our pages with automated accessibility tools, keyboard-only navigation, and manual review at higher zoom levels and on small screens, and we act on reports from people using assistive technology. Anything that blocks someone from booking, paying, joining a session, or reading their own information is fixed first.
