Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced part-time coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background working with teens and adults with special needs — specifically autism — and expertise in areas such as social-skills training, ABA, special education, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, behavioral therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct online peer groups and private coaching sessions focused on social-skills development and coping strategies for social anxiety.
Work remotely and independently to deliver high-quality sessions while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in accommodating the diverse needs of clients.
Provide administrative support, including conducting initial consultations, responding to emails, and answering phone calls as needed.
Utilize problem-solving skills to address challenges and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in a related field preferred.
Experience working with neurodiverse teens and adults, including people with autism.
Comfortable working remotely; proficient in Zoom and Google Workspace.
Responsible, reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Resourceful, cooperative, and possessing an easy-going personality.
Certified PEERS® provider (adolescent, young adult, or both) preferred.
Access to reliable internet connection and a functioning computer.
Ability to present a resume and two letters of recommendation.

Compensation

$35–$50 per hour, depending on experience.
