Dating Peer Group FAQ

Everything you need to know before joining the Dating peer group.

The Dating Group helps adults learn and practice the skills for building and maintaining romantic relationships.

It’s a six-week, therapist-led program based on the PEERS® curriculum — the world’s most researched social-skills framework for confidence and connection.

The group is designed for adults ages 18–45 who want to feel more confident in dating and relationships.

Many participants are neurodiverse or socially anxious and appreciate learning in a structured, supportive environment with peers who share similar goals. A diagnosis is not needed to join. Everyone in our groups wants to learn the social skills necessary to date effectively.

You’ll learn how to identify compatible partners, start conversations, show interest, set boundaries, handle rejection, and how to navigate online dating.

Each session includes modeling, role-play, feedback, and real-world practice.

Every participant begins with a $99 Intake Assessment.

During your intake, an S Groups therapist will learn about your goals and match you with the right group to help you build confidence and succeed in dating.
