What Happens After The Intake?

Every client starts with a $99 Intake Assessment, a 60-minute session where we learn about your goals and create your personalized path forward. The personalized plan will include peer groups, private coaching, or sometimes both.

Peer Groups

Small, therapist-led sessions where you practice social skills in real time with peers who understand you.

  • Weekly groups with 6–8 members
  • Role-play newly learned skills and live feedback
  • Great for building friendship skills and reducing social anxiety

Private Coaching

One-on-one sessions tailored to your pace, goals, and comfort level.

  • Fully customized plan
  • Learn and grow privately with a therapist
  • Ideal for individuals who prefer more personal attention or want to start slow
