What Is the Social Solutions Peer Group?

Social Solutions is S Groups’ core program, built on the PEERS® curriculum—the world’s most researched social-skills framework designed to support neurodivergent individuals, including those with autism, ADHD, or social anxiety, in developing authentic and meaningful social connections.

Each week, participants learn and practice the exact steps for real-world social success: how to start, maintain, and end conversations, make and keep friends, handle teasing or conflict, and manage anxiety in the moment.

Proven Benefits of the PEERS®-Based Approach

Backed by more than 20 years of research, the PEERS® program has consistently shown measurable results for teens and adults learning social skills together in a supportive peer environment.

1. Meaningful Friendships

Learn step-by-step strategies to make and keep accepting friends — from finding shared interests to handling conflicts and maintaining long-term connections.

2. Reduced Social Anxiety

Gain tools to manage overthinking, self-doubt, and fear of rejection through structured practice and therapist-guided feedback.

3. Increased Confidence and Self-Esteem

Social Solutions is our foundational peer group designed to help teens and adults build authentic friendships, manage social anxiety, and communicate with confidence.

Each week follows the evidence-based PEERS® framework—the world’s most researched social-skills program—led by trained S Groups therapists. In addition, we integrate curriculum that specifically targets social anxiety and builds self-confidence. It’s for anyone who wants to feel more comfortable and confident in social situations — especially those who find it difficult to start conversations, make friends, or manage anxiety in groups.

You don’t need a diagnosis to join — just motivation to grow.

Groups meet weekly for 90 minutes online.

Each session includes direct instruction, video modeling, role-play practice, and live feedback from an S Groups therapist.

You’ll also get simple “real-life practice” assignments between sessions to help skills stick.

Every participant begins with a $99 Intake Assessment to ensure the right group fit and personalized success plan.

After your intake, you’ll be matched with the best group for your age, goals, and comfort level.
